Virtual Conferences

A virtual conference is a longer form virtual event, which can either run over a few hours or across several days.

One of the main benefits of a virtual conference is that all participants attend remotely, which means anyone can participate from anywhere in the world without the need for business travel, which can often be both time consuming and costly.

During a virtual conference, presenters can either join remotely or address the audience from a branded studio for a more formal look and feel. We often use a studio to create a TV chat show style setting. As well as having studio access in key locations across the UK, we also have a connected green screen studio on-site at Virtuopo HQ in Liverpool’s Brunswick Business Centre.

For added convenience, our team has the expertise to build a professional pop-up studio just about anywhere. So, if your virtual conference needs to take place from the company boardroom or a specific events space, we can bring the studio to you.

What people think of us.

Imogen LeeDirector of International Marketing and Communications

“We have worked with Virtuopo since the COVID pandemic started and they have helped us seamlessly pivot our events programme to Virtual. They have really understood us as an organisation and helped us deliver an engaging, technologically sound series of online sessions.
As a result, we’re now reaching a considerably bigger global audience from our member firms.”

“As we continue to stream more of our fashion events through Facebook Live, broadcast quality is becoming increasingly important, which is why we decided to work with the guys.
The team did a fantastic job of delivering an engaging live broadcast using professional audio and multiple cameras. As a result, viewers were able to enjoy a high-quality viewing experience.”

We needed someone to help us design effective and engaging online events that weren’t just another MS Teams call. Since April 2020 we’ve delivered a number of interactive live sessions for both GPs and our own workforce which are designed to really engage and involve the audience. The technology is always well managed, the content well received and the 300 plus attendees well involved. “
