The Challenge.

To deliver a four-day virtual conference for the British Society of Gastroenterology, featuring live studio presenters as well as remote speakers.

What we did.

The team at Virtuopo created a branded pop-up studio in the boardroom of the client’s office, which is located in Regents Park, London. The multi-camera production, featuring live studio presenters, 70 remote speakers, panel discussions and pre-recorded presentations, was broadcast out via the client’s virtual events platform.

Results.

Post event feedback was hugely positive and as a result Virtuopo was invited to deliver whole host of further events for the British Society of Gastroenterology / TFI Lodestar.
