The Challenge.

To deliver an engaging leadership conference for top legal firm, Weightmans.

What we did.

Working with the team at Weightmans, we delivered an engaging hybrid conference, featuring a mix of business updates, keynote addresses and panel discussions.

The hybrid format enabled 200 partners and leaders to attend the full-day conference at the Birmingham’s Rep Theatre, while 200 next gen leaders participated remotely through watch parties at each of the firm’s nine office across the UK. Attendees were left feeling inspired by motivational talks from Rugby Union star, Maggie Alphonsi, and British ocean rower, Roz Savage.

Results.

Virtuopo has been tasked with delivering the firm’s annual leadership conference for the last three consecutive years, with each event resulting in extremely positive feedback.
